Roles available
Audience Survey Assistant
Role description
Working in venue approaching audience before and after performances to capture data for festival funding and arts council England information. Making audience aware of QR code posters to fill in survey post event at home. Capturing feedback in real time using tablet device
Good skills to have
- Able to use tablet or iPad to fill in survey in real time and save data.
- No personal info taken from audience, just answers to predetermined set questions.
- Inquisitive and gregarious nature a plus.
- Post performance activity so late night working, approx finish time 10pm.

Venue Attendant
Role description
Working in venue auditoriums welcoming guests. There’s no seating assignments on tickets, so the role involves ushering festival goers to seats, ensuring good seating arrangements to avoid split seating and empty rows. You’ll stay in the auditorium during the performance to enjoy the show. To encourage and obtain audience feedback using in-house devices & QR code.
Good skills to have
- Approachable.
- Happy to organise and direct people.
- Good spatial visual awareness an advantage.
- Venue support available.
- No lone working.

Photographer
Role description
Working in venue capturing each event performance and audience reactions. Even though there will be notices of performance and event photography you will need to be sensitive to individual requests of non compliance.
Good skills to have
- Performance activity so possible late night working, approx finish time 10pm for late evening performances.
- Need own digital camera or use of phone and transport (travel expenses available).
- You must be willing to share photos in a timely manner for use by FEAST theatre festival on festival social media pages, website, and promo, with credit.
- Liaising with festival marketing team, sharing photos with descriptions via email.

Community Clothesline Exhibition Attendant
Role description
Exhibit attendant opening and closing the community clothes line exhibition CCL exhibition open two hours a day for 5 days from 1pm to 3pm in centre of Malvern town. You choose days suitable for you. Shared role. Lone working in self contained accessible courtyard with direct street access with support available on phone. The Exhibit will be in place, supervision needed as personal items on display. No personal liability. Willingness to engage with visitors and promote Feast Theatre Festival.
Good skills to have
- Inquisitive and gregarious nature a plus.
- Attention to detail for opening and closing procedure (reference documents will be on site).
- Willingness to lone work. Buddy system for checking in and out.

Courtyard of Malvern OCC, Church St, Malvern
Separate entrance. No access to bar. Self-contained. Street accessible.

Complimentary ticket to a performance during the festival.

Monday 4 November to Friday 8 November inclusive. Open every day for 2 hours.
