Venue Photograph

Role description

Working in venue capturing daytime and evening performances and audience reactions and general atmosphere post performance. There will be notices of performance and event photography but you may need to be sensitive to individual requests of non compliance.

Great way to experience the performances for free and discover venues in Malvern.

Good skills to have

• Stealth during performance activity!
• Possible late night working. Approx finish time 10pm for late evening performances.
• You will need own digital camera or the use of a phone and transport (travel expenses available).
• You must be willing to share photos in a timely manner for use by FEAST staff and volunteers on festival social media platforms, website and future promotional materials, with credit.

VENUE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

Role description

Working in venue auditorium helping to set up for next performance. Perfect for experience in event production and a way to discover performers and venues in Malvern.

Involves manual handling with occasional tight turnaround. Moving seats, artist sets and stage raking. No lone working. A great way to get a free seat to the performances after set up.

Good skills to have

• Due to the physical nature of the work a reasonable level of fitness and dexterity is required.
• Positive 2 PERSON lifting techniques encouraged.
• You must be able to self assess your own fitness.
• We must be able to take direction from artists and performers and work around them, staff and public.
