Reproducing / Theatre Work-in-Progress / Natasha Stanic with Josephine Tremelling and Georgie Steele

Malvern Cube: Green Room

Date & Time: Saturday 14th November at 4.30pm
Tickets: £5

Expanding reproduction beyond biology, the work explores how caregiving and domestic labour sustain the capitalist system, exposing the tension between societal expectations and the lived realities of raising children. Seen through the lens of a migrant parent navigating inherited and contemporary ideas of raising children, it reflects the isolation created by parenting without a "village" of support. Parenting becomes an unseen underworld, hidden beneath the surface of everyday life, where exhaustion, shame, tenderness, moments of joy, rage, and invisible labour coexist.

From sleepless nights and domestic repetition to the relentless cycles of care, Reproducing asks whose labour is seen, valued, or allowed to remain invisible. The work invites audiences to question what is inherited, what is repeated, and what might be reimagined. Through surreal domestic landscapes and fractured realities, it asks who protects the people expected to protect everyone else.

Healing King Herod / Theatre Performance / Riss Obolensky & directed and co-created by director Eloïse Poulton

Malvern Cube

Date & Time: Saturday 14th November at 8.30pm
Tickets: £10 + Booking Fee

King Herod, famed for his Massacre of the Innocents, now leads a self-development pyramid scheme. Audiences transform from ancient soldiers into modern clients in an interactive, drag-clown, group therapy session. Through improvised songs, political parodies, breathing exercises and cult-like rituals, Herod asks one thing: forgive… yourself. Within the show’s chaotic absurdity lurks male accountability, self-reckoning, and deep shadow work. Who is Herod’s process really for?

Created by Comedy Central-endorsed clown, Riss Obolensky, and director Eloïse Poulton. Award-winner of Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s Keep It Fringe fund and a VAULT Festival sell-out show, nominated for Show of the Week.
