A Short History of Palestine/Israel Told Through Balloon Modelling – Parts 1 & 2 / Theatre Performance / Mike Layward
Malvern Cube: Orange Room
Date & Time: Friday 13th November at 5.30pm
Tickets: £5 (To be donated to Playgrounds for Palestine)
Telling the history of Palestine/Israel through abstract balloon modelling: what could possibly go wrong? Quite a lot!
This serious story, told by a fool, introduces some of the key characters and events, from the Ottoman Empire to the Balfour Declaration. God, Theodore Herzl, Al-Buraq and white mice all make an appearance.
The performance is followed by a short Q&A.
